The paparazzi is quick to spot them dining casually with friends or shopping for groceries and one thing that certainly becomes news is how are they looking – are they in shape, are they having a bad hair day, have they put on some weight?

How to get shoulders and chest like Kate Beckinsale’s

Kate BeckinsaleKate swears by yoga inspired moves like sun salutations to warm up the body and strengthen many body parts at once. The plank that happens in the sun salutations tones the muscles of the chest, shoulders and arms while simultaneously working out your abs. Do six sun salutations at the start of a workout.

How to get arms like Anne Hathaway’s

Anne-HathawayAnne is no stranger to appearing on the red carpet during award functions and to get arms that look great in those gowns, she spends time on shaping them. I recommend superset bicep curls with tricep extensions or kickbacks to work the front and the back of the arms. Get rid of flabby bits on the back of the arms by throwing some punches at a heavy bag or a partner holding focus pads to burn some additional calories.

How to get abs like Jessica Alba’s

jessica albaRamona advises Jessica to do crunches on a stability ball to tone and define her abs. ‘Jess knows this move targets not only the six-pack muscle (the rectus abdominus) but also the transverse muscle (the one that cinches in the waist) as she has to balance while crunching on the ball,’ says Ramona. She performs 30 reps at once.

How to get a back like Halle Berry’s

halle berryHalle has a sexy V-shaped back and to get this she knows you need to use some weights. Reverse flyes holding 3 kg dumbbells is all you need to do. And if you don’t have those then try the same exercise holding some water bottles. Perform at least 20 reps and go for 2 sets in a row.

How to get a butt like Scarlett Johansson’s

scarlett johanssonTo target her glute muscles, Scarlett knows it’s about including plyometric jumps. Ballet dancers have great legs and butts and they often jump and twirl so it makes sense to include them in the workout. Begin with a straight jump in the air reaching your hands for a spot against the wall. Do this 10 times for three sets with a break of 20 seconds after each set.

How to get legs like Eva Mendes’

eva mendesTo tone and shape Eva’s legs but not bulk them up, Ramona focuses on doing walking lunges without weights but performing more reps. Work your way up to doing 30 lunges in a row and do at least 2 sets to get legs like hers.
